FEATURED CAKE:

**WHITE CHOCOLATE CHIP COCONUT BUNDT CAKE** This is a white cake with toasted coconut and white chocolate chips, covered in a mock cream cheese frosting (no cream cheese but it still has the tanginess) and toasted coconut on top.  It is a delicate, fluffy cake with a rich and creamy outer covering.
