Frequently Asked Questions
Is Sweet Stacey's Bake Shop Kitchen an allergy-free kitchen? Please know that our kitchen and equipment processes milk, peanuts, tree nuts, wheat, soy and sesame. We try our best to keep things separated; however, cross-contamination may occur.
Is it okay for me to order online without speaking with someone from Sweet Stacey's Bake Shop? Please make sure that you speak to someone before you place an order online. We are a licensed, small home bakery and want to create only handcrafted items so sometimes we are not able to fulfill orders in the timeframe that you would like. Hopefully, though, tasting our treats was worth the wait! Please feel free to call or text (714)501-4861 or email us at sweetstaceysbakeshop@gmail.com and we can work together to make your day even more special.
For custom orders, we will need the full payment of your order price prior to us beginning our baking of your products. By the time of ordering, Sweet Stacey's Bake Shop will have chatted enough with you to understand your needs and quote you the proper price to pay.
**Prices of our products do not include the required sales tax. Sales tax will be added to your total price.**
Thank you for your cooperation.
How long will my baked goods last? Because these are baked fresh and with no preservatives, care must be taken. When stored properly, many of these items will last for several days. Generally, it is best to store all in an air-tight container in the refrigerator or on a darkened and cool counter. However, the fresher the better so I truly recommend that you eat them within the first day or two. (Incidentally, I am known to double-wrap or triple-wrap my own individual travel goodie and pop it into the freezer to freeze it....and then toss it into my pocket to thaw as I take a run or stroll to a coffee shop. On the walk back, I have my iced coffee in one hand and my delicious now-nearly thawed treat in the other hand. My exercising is so much more fun this way!)
